Priority Membership
Terms & Conditions
As a participant in the Revana Priority Membership, you are agreeing to a subscription based automatically purchase a predefined amount of the current release wine each year. You have given Revana Winery the authorization to charge your credit card provided for your membership during each billing cycle, plus shipping, handling and sales tax (where applicable).
Members are given at least 30 days advanced notification of club processing; shipments typically occur 14-20 days after the initial charge, weather dependent. Any changes to the account including status, address changes or billing information must be made during this 30-day period, prior to the charge and shipment of the wine. Any changes made after the 30-day period may be subject to additional charges.
A business address is preferred for all club shipments to ensure a complete delivery process. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and all shipment recipients must be 21 years or older. If undeliverable and returned, re-shipping is at customer’s expense. Revana reserves the right to delay shipment of wine if temperatures are prohibitive. Please review our Shipping Policies page for more information regarding general shipping practices.
All pick up orders must be prearranged on an agreeable date. No drop-ins are permitted.
Members are permitted to skip a shipment (place club on hold) for a maximum of 6 months. After the hold period is over, the member will be required to take the next shipment. Two consecutive skips/holds will result in forfeiture of their membership.
As member benefits are applied upon wine club activation, we ask that members take two shipments before closing the account. If you wish to cancel or suspend your membership, please reach out to our Membership Manager at allocations@revanawine.com
